We are looking to employ both a full time and part time Assistant Technical Officer to join our Medicines Management Team at the University Hospital Llandough.

Duties are varied and will include providing customer care at the pharmacy reception, dispensing for inpatients and outpatients across a wide range of specialties in the Dispensary and supporting the Medicines Management Technicians on ward.

The part time post will be 22.5 hours over 3 days and Full time will be 37.5hours over 5 days of the week. Both will include 1 in 5 (Saturdays or Sunday) and 1 Bank Holiday a year.

You should have good communication & interpersonal skills; be motivated, flexible, adaptable and able to work well in an environment of change and transition.

You will need to have a good standard of education and GCSEs at grade C or above in Maths and English.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
