**Main Purpose of Role**:
Provide sales support and Project prices to Customers and External Sales teams on Roofing Products.

**Key Tasks**:
Specific duties would include:

- Producing and Issuing project Quotations.
- Checking project margins.
- Checking specifications against customer requirements.
- Responding to verbal pricing requests and product information.
- Assisting the customer service team.
- Dealing with estimating and customer service phone calls.

**Direct Reports**:
N/A

**Key Internal Contacts**:
Customer Services, Purchasing, Logistics, Operations Manager, ATM’s & Directors.

**Key Requirements for Role**:

- Maintain high levels of communication both written and spoken different departments within the Company.
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced department with tight deadlines.
- A minimum of 3 GCSE's at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including English Language and Mathematics ,
- possess good interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and develop relationships
- Competent at intermediate /advanced level in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to have a flexible approach to duties.

**Health & Safety**
- Take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others at work affected by their acts or omissions.
- Co-operate with management and supervisors in order that legal duties and requirements may be carried out.
- Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided in the interests of health, safety or welfare.
- Make themselves familiar with and conform to the Company Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality Policies, and rules and procedures regarding safe working.
- Observe all Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and Works Instructions.
- Wear and use the necessary protective clothing and equipment as required by the task or job.
- Report unsafe plant, tools and equipment and unsafe practices, methods of work and any other hazards.
- Assist in the maintenance of good housekeeping standards.

**Environmental**
- Every employee is also responsible for attempting to minimise their impact on the environment and preventing pollution by respecting and implementing the Alumasc Roofing Environmental policy and procedures for the activities that are applicable to their area of responsibility, regardless of the location of work.

Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year
