We are a long established independent family run garage in Warwick and we are looking for someone to join our busy team as Front of House / Service Advisor / Receptionist.
You will be one of our first point of contacts for our customers in our busy Bosch Car Service Garage, as such you will need to have excellent levels of communication and presentation, with a cheerful and can do attitude.
You must possess good organisation skills, be able to prioritise, be confident with customers, both face to face and over the phone and be computer literate with good numeracy skills and data entry skills.
You will also be responsible for explaining the repairs and cost breakdown whilst retaining customer relations many of which have been built up over the past 53 years. So experience in this field is preferable.
Essentially we would someone to become part of a team that strives to give that personal touch and retain the trust that keeps customers coming back year after year.
No weekend work - Monday to Friday only 0800 - 1800
Salary dependent on experience. Starting salary 24,000
