Banham Poultry (2018) recruiting for Production Supervisor to assist in the control of the company’s production operations and with the management of the people within the department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare work area for production on a daily basis and check orders with Production Manager.
- Delegate staff duties and ensure production is meeting required standards and targets.
- Complete orders within the timescale.
- Oversee staff training on-line
- Undertaken return to work interviews; disciplinaries and grievances for staff
- Monitor and maintain health & safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards in line with GMP.
- Monitor waste, yields, stock rotation and costs
- Any other duties required by Senior Management.

**Shift pattern / rates**
- Monday to Friday 4.45pm - 02.15am (Hours may vary and will be agreed)
- Salary - DOE

**Requirements (training given if required)**
- ILM Level 2 or equivalent
- Good general Production Management Background
- CIEH Level 3 Health & Safety for Supervisors or IOSH
- Knowledge of COSHH / Manual Handling / HACCP / Environmental Awareness
- Level 3 Food Safety
- Knowledge of the plant, equipment and processes used

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
