Salary of £45,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience

Full time with 4 days on site in the offices in London and 1 day from home

Permanent (37.5 Hours), Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

We have an exciting opportunity for a unique role to be based on site at a leading law firm in EC2V City of London

This role will provide an efficient, effective and highly confidential support, primarily to the Executive Board but also the Strategy Board. As a result, it will invariably lead to providing support across a diverse set of activities, many of which will be of a sensitive nature and most likely involve multiple stakeholders, with the majority being leaders within the business.

The Executive Board currently comprises of the CEO, COO, Best Practice Director, Finance Director and HR Director. The Strategy Board currently comprises of the Executive Board, Heads of Divisional Strategy, Global Business Development & Marketing Director, and Head of Knowledge.

We anticipate these will include additional responsibilities such as (but not be limited to): - Project management - Performance and data analysis - Sustainability - Contract and commercial governance - Management of cross functional activities - Promotion of central service teams The role is expected to work very closely with the internal and external communications teams. Administrative duties may include: - EB, SB and partner meeting coordination - Report writing (and collation) - Preparing, editing presentations - CEO/EB diary management/support.
