Location: Sheffield

It's not all about being on the phone join our new Customer Contact Centre in Sheffield city centre and you'll discover that delivering great customer service is about much more than just spending time on the phone.

We're looking for flexibility, great communication skills, and attention to detail

To join us in this exciting role, you'll need:

- The flexibility to work a regular shift pattern from 8am to 8pm with the option of opting for an early or late shift Monday to Sunday. The centre is open 6am to 11 pm 7 days a week.
- A thorough approach with lots of attention to detail
- Great communication skills, whether that's on the phone or across social media
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- At least 6 months experience working within a Customer Service environment
- Excellent written English skills (this is important)
- An ability to understand other people's perspectives
- An ability to remain calm in challenging situations, and adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Great IT skills and an ability to learn new technology and processes quickly
