**POS Co-ordinator
- H.Samuel / Ernest Jones - Full Time - Borehamwood**

**Full Time - Flexible working is available with 2 days office based and 3 days remote.**

Here at Signet Jewelers, the home of renowned retail jewellery brands Ernest Jones and H.Samuel, we’re recruiting for a new Point Of Sales Coordinator opportunity within our Marketing Service team in Borehamwood. A Point of Sale (POS) Co-ordinator, you willbe responsible for ensuring that POS material is planned, produced and delivered in a timely and cost effective manner for all of our H.Samuel and Ernest Jones retail stores across the UK, Eire and the Channel Islands.

Reporting into our Marketing Services Manager, you’ll plan, create and deliver all POS collateral for our stores, coordinating activity for multiple projects by liaising with key internal and external stakeholders and print suppliers to pull project activitytogether.
This is a fast-paced role which would be perfect for a confident project coordinator with great organisational and administrative skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

- Working closely with our Brand Marketing team to ensure that efficient hand-off is in place from creative concept to iterating, trafficking and obtaining stakeholder sign-off on all creative assets.
- Producing accurate print specifications for all in-store assets and working closely with the internal studio team, VM team and our print partner to ensure these are delivered on time.
- Keeping key stakeholders up to date on timelines and creatives.
- Processing purchase orders for printing.
- Ensuring print deadlines and quality standards are being adhered to.
- Preparing and distributing POS briefing correspondence for stores.
- Participating in regular service and specification reviews with our print partners to ensure value and efficiency and decrease our environmental footprint in the printed materials space.

**About you
Suitable applicants will be experienced as follows:

- Demonstrable working knowledge of print marketing practices gained within the retail sector.
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrable effective stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to judge creative and assess it against brand guidelines
- High level of attention to detail
- Competence in using MS Excel with experience of VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables
