**Operations Director (Accounts, audit, tax) - ambitious practice part of a global network**

A £2 million turnover accountancy practice based between Bolton and Manchester are looking for an Operations Director.

They are part of a global network, and are extremely ambitious to grow, both organically and through acquisition.

This role is a unique and exciting opportunity to come in and lead this business, allowing the existing partners to focus on future growth and acquisition opportunities. They provide services in audit, taxation, accounts and outsourcing. The ideal individualfor this role would have broad experience in all these areas, but there is some flexibility on that. Someone who is an Audit RI would be very high on the wish list

There would be equity opportunities in this business for the future, and they are looking for someone who is going to help drive the practice forward, bring new ideas, and take a very hands-on role with managing the existing team.

There is no doubt this practice will grow and equity could be very valuable in the future.

Salary is flexible and negotiable based on the right experience and skill set - but could reach a ballpark figure of £100,000.

The right person will be needed to be office based.
