We are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join our busy and successful Family team based in our Yeovil Office.
The role will involve providing all round secretarial and administrative support, including liaising with clients and answering basic queries, diary management, producing documents (with the use of digital dictation) and maintaining filing and record systems.
The ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively and ensure that the client's best interests are served at all times are vital qualities. Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is preferable. Excellent typing (including audio transcription) and IT skills are essential.
