We have a fantastic opportunity for a **HR Administrator**to join our busy HR Team at Head Office in Norwich on a permanent basis working 37 hours per week.

As HR Administrator, reporting into the HR Services Manager, you will assist with all HR related administrative procedures including;
- Issuing Contracts of Employment and any onboarding documentation to new starters across Norse Group
- Ensuring accurate onboarding information and documents are obtained and recording accurately including processing DBS checks as required
- Liaising with Managers on new appointments, variations and terminations
- Proactively responding to any queries from employees and managers, able to provide efficient solutions
- Excellent ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively as part of a wider team
- Comfortable engaging and communicating with people at all levels across the business
- Strong written communication style, able to produce standard letters and reports
- Capable of working to your own initiative in a deadline driven environment
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
