**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Accurately pick and pack items according to order specifications.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all goods are accounted for.
- Load and unload lorries, ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain an organised stock area, ensuring items are stored correctly and easily accessible.
- Utilise a warehouse management system to track inventory and manage stock levels.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards before packing.
- Engage in materials handling tasks, ensuring efficient flow of goods within the warehouse.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in picking and packing within a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery is advantageous.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage stock effectively.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Attention to detail for quality control purposes is essential.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance is desirable.
- Excellent materials handling skills to ensure safe transport of goods throughout the facility.

The shifts are Full Time Monday to Friday (8hrs per day) and there are various shifts available including morning, day and night shifts.

Pay: £13.34 - £15.41 per hour
