Our motivated activity team at the Broadland Clinic Medium Secure service/Little Plumstead Hospital run a varied and exciting programme of Recovery focussed meaningful activity and events. You’ll have chance to design and deliver meaningful activities, interventions and events, and contribute to our vibrant timetable. We take great pride in working towards social inclusion, and you will support patients through their pathway from admission and assessment to meaningful roles in the community. As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you’ll be working directly with our service users to deliver meaningful goals lead activities. This role could offer you an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge whether you are seeking your first post or considering a change. Working alongside an established senior OT, assistants and education staff, and an experienced MDT including Medical, Nursing, SLT, Psychology and Social Work colleagues. The Broadland Clinic is a medium secure unit for adult men who have offended or are at risk of doing so, we also have assessment and treatment and two community teams on site.
