We are looking for an experienced manager to join our growing and passionate team, to lead our operational performance management, service improvement and transformation agenda. You will have operational and service improvement experience at a senior level. excellent data literacy and be an advocate of evidence-based decision-making. You will enjoy working alongside technical experts and clinical teams using your experience to ensure services are performing at the highest levels with service improvement at the centre of all you do. You will be confident in using our Business Intelligence platforms and in providing operational expertise to the technical support teams developing new products. You will be self-motivated and eager to learn new skills, keeping abreast of developments in our field, whilst contributing to a wider team and sharing ideas so we can innovate and expand our products and support.

As the Head of Operational Performance, Improvement and Transformation you will lead a new combined team to review operational performance and supporting in setting the strategic direction for elective recovery across the organisation. The team works closely with senior clinical and non-clinical leaders to provide them insight and analysis of key performance areas and develop KPI's that support the delivery of high quality care. The role also works with operational teams for them to develop and deliver elective recovery and improvement plans. That support the Health Board’s long-term planning.
