**Technical Software Consultant**
**Up to £80,000 | Bath (Hybrid)**
An opportunity for an experienced Software Developer or Solutions Architect to work in a consultancy role, providing key input into the design and delivery of software projects for clients within the financial services sector.
You will work within a highly collaborative consultancy team, with the aim of providing world class solutions for clients technical problems.
This is a hybrid role, so you should be commutable to Bath. You'll likely be required to work from the office for 2 days a week.
On top of a starting salary of up to £85,000, there is a bonus scheme in place & highly competitive pension contribution and other benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage clients to understand requirements and build strong working relationships.
- Deliver solution architecture for clients.
- Help to create assignments and shape the growth of the consultancy business.
- Work either independently or as part of a consultant team.

**Skills required**:

- Strong experience within software development or solution architecture.
- Ability to engage stakeholders and build relationships.
- Ability to understand requirements and develop a structured solution.
- Strong teamwork and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Financial Services experience desired, but not essential.
