Step Teachers have been requested to source an experienced teaching assistant to join a new partner school based in Luton

The role will be full-time, with the possibility of part-time for the right person and likely to continue for the academic year. You will be delivering intervention work with children in varying year groups. The role is due to commence as soon as a suitableteaching assistant is found. To be eligible for this role you will have;
- Experience supporting classes within mainstream education.
- Capable of working with groups of children
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to manage various tasks required by the class teacher
- A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification is desirable
