**Ecommerce Executive**

**Location: North Shields, Tyne and Wear**

**Salary: Up to £22k - depending on experience + benefits**

**Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm office based**

**Full time/Permanent**

Remarkable Jobs are delighted to be working with a large wholesale group specialising in FMCG, who are seeking a ‘eCommerce and Digital Launch Assistant ’ to join their team. They are looking to recruit someone to support the IT department, reporting into the IT and Commercial Director.

Key Responsibilities for this ‘eCommerce and Digital Launch Assistant ‘ role
- Working with IT and ecommerce and digital design departments, you will ensure that we are ready to launch product at the earliest opportunity & to the highest standard
- You will liaise with buying teams to learn of incoming product launches and actively look to optimise product through attribution
- Continually looking to improve onsite product data, working with buying teams and key suppliers to improve PDP attribution / Lifestyle Health Nutrition filters / Search results
- Work with operations and wider launch team to find new efficiencies in our PIM system (Akeneo) and keep data clean & consistent: Families & variants, attributes & choice lists
- You will liaise directly with customers and our trading entities to assist in onboarding customers to the trading websites where necessary
- Provide accurate information to make a purchase
- Adhere to guidelines to make it ensure a smooth transaction for the customer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Shields: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
