Job Summary:
Hills Angels Homecare is a small family run domiciliary care agency.

We are proud to deliver person centred care to our clients and all care is bespoke to the individual.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide assistance and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Experience isn't essential as we provide extensive in-house training to prepare you for your role and we support this with shadowing experienced carers for all new starters.

We provide various nationally recognised training opportunities. We support our carers to gain their care certificate and enrol on their diplomas up to and including their Level 5.

Job offers are dependant on an enhanced DBS and references.

**Duties**:

- Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Support individuals with dementia or behavioral challenges
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals

**Skills**:

- Experience in assisted living, senior care, or home care is preferred
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and dietary restrictions
- Familiarity with dementia care and behavior management strategies
- Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and compassion
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and their families
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and document client information accurately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00-£15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 38 per week
