**Chartered financial planning practice located in Surrey are a seeking a Practice Manager to join their successful team of Planners, Paraplanners and Administrators. You will be based out of Cranleigh 3 days per week, with 2 days homebased, and bea crucial contract within the practice, for project work, liaison between teams, systems and processes review.**

As the Practice Manager you will plan and implement the change management processes in the business; determining the best outsourcing partners for key non-client facing services and changing the business systems and processes to drive efficiency and effectivenessin the business.
- A salary on offer of upto £50k with a great benefits package for a individual who has experience within a Practice/ Office Manager role in a Wealth Management or Financial Planning practice, with strong leadership & management skills._

**Role will cover**
- Payroll, Pensions Benefits in Kind (PMI) and holidays
- HR contracts and performance review documentation ;
- Regulatory reporting data capture and management;
- PII renewal data capture and management;
- IT cloud and software packages;
- Computer hardware research and purchase;
- Annual platform reviews;
- Discretionary management of CIP reviews;
- Systems and processes review and documentation;
- CRM management and training;
- Reporting to management;
- Design and implementation of service standards;
- Website management and updates;
- Client profitability analysis;
- Client documentation updates in conjunction with Head of Compliance;
