SALARY: DETAILS ON APPLICATION

LOCATION: LONDON - HYBRID

We are working with a fabulous London based professional membership organisation to recruit an experienced Production Editor to act as Project Manager, working on a range of professional books, reprints and online products. This role will work on a hybrid basis and will report to the Content and Production Editor, ensuring that material is produced on time, within budget and to appropriate quality standards.

**Key responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to**:

- Commissioning and briefing freelancers
- Dealing with suppliers
- Checking all material for quality, legal and technical problems
- Copyediting/proofreading material
- Liaising with commissioning editors and authors on the presentation of material
- Costing projects and creating production schedules
- Managing the print process for new titles and reprints
