**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our culinary team by ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food preparation and eager to gain experience in the restaurant and hotel industry.

**Duties**
- Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and utensils.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Help with the delivery and storage of food supplies and ingredients.
- Support chefs during busy service periods by providing assistance where needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
- Participate in regular cleaning schedules to maintain hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- A keen interest in culinary arts and food preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 16 per week
