**Position**: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
**Location**: Central London / Hybrid
**Package**: £60,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

**A market-leading healthcare organisation specialising in healthcare information and consulting are searching for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join their team to act as the key point of contact for all things cloud**

This opportunity provides an individual with Azure experience a fantastic opportunity to further develop their cloud knowledge, as-well as the chance to delivery a range of complex projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and administer the Azure infrastructure to ensure all resources are kept secure and the environment is always operating efficiently
- Ensure all SLAs are being met within and any service requests or incidents are resolved in a timely manner
- Work within an ITIL framework and adopt ITIL principles (ITIL certificate would be advantageous)
- Carry out administrative tasks through Office 365, including OneDrive and Teams, and SharePoint
- Perform any necessary upgrades in the Azure infrastructure
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure Manager in delivering various complex projects
- Act as the key escalation point in a small tech team, including managing an IT Support Engineer, and providing support in their learning and development
- Manage and maintain virtual machines through VMware and Azure
- Manage mobile devices through Intune / Endpoint Manager
- Continuously review IT security alongside the Infrastructure Manager

**Essential Skills/Experience**
- Strong technical knowledge of Office 365 administration and management
- Strong knowledge and experience with SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Hands-on experience with visualisation tools such as VMware and Hyper-V, for example creating virtual machines
- Experience within a Microsoft Windows Server environment
- Confident troubleshooting skills with regards to networking equipment such as routers, switches, WAPs, and VPNs
- Admin experience with firewalls
- Experience of the ISO 27001 certification
