UI Designer

- Collaborate with the wider team to understand user requirements and translate them into design concepts.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for digital interfaces.
- Ensure consistency in design across different platforms & devices.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- Understand and evolve our current design system.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI design.
- Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Strong communication and adept problem-solving skills.
- Provide design guidance and support to other team members.

**Experience / Skill**:

- 3-5 years proven experience as a UI Designer, evidenced by a strong portfolio.
- Advanced experience in tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Sound comprehension of user-cantered design principles.
- Experience with interaction design and information architecture.
- Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in optimizing static image files, with a strong focus on vector formats like SVG.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
