Role Description

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Operating Department Practice or relevant field
- Registration with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)/NMC registration
- Experience in surgical settings
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals across various specialties
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work in fast-paced and high-stress environments
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems, such as EHR and surgical software
- Anaesthetics Experience
- Eligibility to work in the UK with out restrictions

**Duties of an Operating department practioner**
- Deliver a consistently high standard of patient care utilising evidence-based practice
- Assessing, planning, delivering and evaluation of all aspect of patient care
- Prepare patients and aid with clinical/operative procedures
- Participate fully as a team member, including working in all areas of the theatre suite, sharing knowledge and information and supporting colleagues, to promote a cohesive team and the achievement of team objectives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
