A great client is seeking a Senior Electronics Design Engineer - Analogue / Digital to join their skilled R&D Team, based in Welham Green, Hertfordshire. This vacancy is with an industry-leader in the design and manufacture of electronic safety systems.
As a Senior Electronics Design Engineer - Analogue / Digital, you will either have experience in a technical lead role, or have the ambition to take on this responsibility in your next step.
The main responsibilities as a Senior Electronics Design Engineer - Analogue / Digital will be:

- To produce and support electronic designs for a range of products, from initial concept through to production
- Researching design options whilst considering the constraints of time, cost and fit to the company's manufacturing process
- Development of design concepts into working prototypes, using prototyping capabilities in-house and suppliers as appropriate
- Design of production parts, using knowledge and experience to produce designs that are of good quality, functionally excellent and simple to manufacture
The successful Senior Electronics Design Engineer - Analogue / Digital will have some of the following skills and experiences:

- Electronics based Engineering Degree or equivalent qualifications
- Product design from concept through to post launch support
- Schematic capture and PCB layout
- Electronic assembly and prototyping
- Design and development of circuits for small/med volume manufacture
This role offers hybrid working, as per manager's discretion, dependent on the project phase.
