**About us**
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Workshop Controller to join our team at Macklin Motors Kia Edinburgh

We are offering a £30,000 basic salary with an OTE of £35,000 plus company benefits.

**About the Role**
You will oversee a team of technicians, managing and coaching whilst ensuring targets and business objectives are met. You will be expected to manage workshop loading, efficiency, productivity, and quality of work.

You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, whilst maintaining a clear focus on running a proficient aftersales department. You must be able to comply with company and brand standards, maximise profitability and ensure deadlines are always adhered to.

**About You**
It is essential that you have previous experience as a Senior/Master Technician within the Motor Trade to be considered. Experience as a Workshop Controller would be beneficial but is not esstneital.

This is an excellent opportunity to show us that you have an enviable and proven track record of performance. You will have exceptional communication skills and have a full, valid UK driving licence.
