**Larwood** is a registered care home providing 24 hour care for people with learning and physical disabilities aged between 18 and 65.

**About the Support Worker** **role**:
We’re looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.

As our **Support Worker**, you will maintain high standards of service, design personalised support plans, provide emotional support and help residents to live a full, active life both at home and in the community. This will include going outfor activities such as music concerts, days by the sea, fun fairs, meals out and holidays etc.
