You will drive a values-based culture in which fun and amazing pizza are part of it You will be ultimately in charge of ensuring all customer expectations are met to the high standards that Papa John’s strive for. You will be responsible for the safe, legal & profitable day to day running of the store operations.

Skills we are looking for from our Shift Runner: Experience of leading, developing engaging a team of direct reports at work Experience of coaching team members in the moment to improve Recruitment & team management experience Experience of creating rota’s & stock control Excellent written and verbal communication Experience in the pizza industry hospitality, catering or fast paced retail Qualities we are looking for from our Store Runner : Brings energy & positivity to a group Self-starter with high personal motivation - you see things through to the end A sense of urgency in everything you do Live locally Pride in your appearance (uniform will be provided) Right to live and work in the UK Flexibility to work weekends & evenings - you must work to the business needs.
