BWCapital is an established real estate company founded by a British entrapenuer that has scaled multiple real estate companies in the UK over the last 20 years. The company’s senior management has a wealth of knowledge across all aspects of real estate with decades of combined experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Client management: Build and maintain relationships with both buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth and personalised experience throughout the property transaction process. Sales & negotiation: Conduct property viewings, provide expert market insights, and negotiate deals to ensure maximum satisfaction for clients. Market research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and emerging neighbourhoods in Dubai. Marketing: Promote properties via various platforms, including digital marketing, social media, and networking events. Target achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to drive commission-based earnings.
What we’re looking for:
- No experience required: Some of the best real estate brokers in Dubai came from backgrounds that had nothing to do with property or sales. We provide all the training needed to make sure you have the tools and knowledge to succeed. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus. Drive: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-driven environment. Driving licence: A Driving Licence is required. UK driving licences can be used in Dubai.
