**Your Role...**
Working within the WBD Media Management team this role is required to manage, upload and archive live content and assist the production team with uploading and archive rushes and fielding archive queries forwarded to the department. This is a critical role that requires impeccable attention to detail together with excellent organisation skills.
**Your Accountabiltities...**
- Provide support to the Archive and Logging Supervisor in the management of WBD’s archive
- department
- Ensure the tapeless archive content is all ingested and logged correctly
- Work closely with Ingest and Media Management teams and to ensure all material is
- successfully delivered in good time for Playout
- Coordinate the day-to-day the requirements of the playout facility
- Assist the scheduling team to ensure that content is prepared for TX and the naming conventions are strictly adhered to
- A range for and oversee freelance training on logging tools such as SCS, IP Director or similar
- To assist with logging content, live and rushes, as and when required
**Requirements**:
- Working knowledge of broadcast equipment, various file formats and transcoding.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for a wide range of sports under the WBD portfolio.
- Ability to work autonomously under pressure meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience in live sport and rushes logging.
- This is a shift-based role - covering 7 days a week.
