Role: Sales Executive Location: Brighton **Salary**: £14,000 - £24,000 Basic OTE £50,000 Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30AM to 6.00PM with a day off in the week, Saturday 8.30AM - 5PM, Sunday 10.00AM - 4.00PM working 1 in 3 Your future employer really does put the customer at the heart of their business and with their continued growth and expansion they are looking to add you to the sales team. When you start you will be working as part of the sales team to manage the customer buying experience from start to finish, ensuring you deliver prompt, friendly and accurate service. About the position: If you have previous experience in face to face target driven sales then we can’t wait to meet you. You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Sales Executive position involves: - Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping in regular contact with them about our products and forthcoming events, as well as maintaining a "customer focused" attitude. - Prospecting for new customers by telephone, attending product launches and other events, and maintaining your own enquiry database. - Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training. - Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals. - Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work. You will need: - One-year face to face target driven sales experience - Driver’s license - Customer awareness. - Negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
