The primary focus of this role is to ensure effective, efficient and cohesive operational supply chain support to clients and internal stakeholders. You will need to develop and maintain great working relationships with appropriate personnel at the correct levels both internally and externally and ensure a consistent supply chain management message is given to suppliers and clients.

And as an Supply Chain Advisor with Bellrock you’ll do it by

Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure any supply chain risk is communicated
- Conduct due diligence evaluations of suppliers ensuring compliance against Bellrock policies
- Be main point of contact with our supplier accreditation partner to ensure supplier risk is identified
- Provide risk, compliance and governance related data analytics and associated management reporting.
- Undertake supplier due diligence reviews and period health checks
- Support the Supply Chain Manager during any associated formal performance meetings that are the result of supplier risk breaches
- Be credible in front of suppliers and clients when discussing tools and techniques used to monitor and measure supplier risk. Establish appropriate action plans to manage underperforming suppliers.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to maintain positive and open relationships
- In collaboration with stakeholders, support the implementation of all risk controls and measures in respect of Bellrock’s Supplier Management Policy

**What does it take?**

If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Supply Chain Advisor you’ll need
- Have at least 2 years in risk or supplier management preferable in FM
- Hold an IOSH Managing Safely qualification or equivalent
- Have demonstrable knowledge of supplier engagement Supply Chain Advisor | Procurement & Supply Chain 3
- Have experience in stakeholder management and cross - functional team working
- Have demonstrable knowledge of data analysis - Working towards or willing to achieve NEBOSH National Certificate
- Confident Communicator
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Drive to implement improvements and take ownership of issues as they arise
- A strong interest in supplier risk is required.
- Ability to engage positively with stakeholders at all levels
