**Technical Project Manager (Mergers and Acquisitions)**

If you're a seasoned Technical Project Manager with solid experience working in mergers and acquisitions, this one could be a great next role for you 1 year contract, based in Newbury.

The company is going through a separation programme, selling part of the business. As a result, they need a Technical PM to assist in this process who has prior experience in international pieces of work. Your role will be to ensure the transactions landin the right way for the organisation (Governance), following legal frameworks etc. You'll be managing the transaction whilst making sure governance is being adhered to in the right way. Managing working groups, raid logs, having a good view of risk/issueetc.

It's a very fast paced area of business to be involved in, so they need someone who loves to jump into the deep end, headfirst

Key attributes:

- Proven Technical Project Management experience
- Strong mergers and acquisitions (M&A) experience
- Operational work in a range of areas (tech, HR, operations, legal, customer Service, Infra etc)
- Confluence & Jira experience Essential
- Azure Data Lake Analytics experience
