As a Barclays Tech Transformation Value Lead, you will work with the Technology Transformation Portfolio team to oversee the Governance and Reporting for Technology Transformation. You will also be reporting to senior audiences on key metrics and governance, demonstrating strong communication skills. As a Value Lead, you will leverage analytical skills and RAIDS experience. Additionally, personifying the ‘Challenge, Empower and Drive’ mindset and have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills while monitoring KPIs.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Monitoring progress against the Level 3 Technology Transformation OKRs and KPIs, providing critical analysis and corrective action
- Developing Tech Transformation Portfolio materials for regular governance forums (e.g. Transformation Offsites)
- Working with Tech Transformation PMO Community of Practice to automate a RAIDS dashboard from select programs and analyzing this data, producing present Macro analysis
- Defining decision making bodies, forums and terms of reference within the Tech Transformation governance process and necessary support systems
- Ensuring Tech Transformation teams understand governance processes and forums, and their roles in preparing for and/or participating in
- Documenting decisions, timelines and summaries out of governance meetings and sharing outputs with appropriate stakeholders

**What we’re looking for**:

- Extensive experience in large-scale Project and Programme Management
- Experience in the definition and management of Programme/Project Governance Forums
- Experience with producing value realization roadmaps
- Knowledge of best-practice in a Bank’s governance processes

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Experience in large-scale transformation / change environments and comfortable working with ambiguity
- Project Management Qualification and/or equivalent training/experience
