- **We are recruiting for**:_

**1 to 1 Care Worker** - We are looking for employees to work 16 through to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our carers pick up their assigned Project Worker from their home and drop them off at the end of the day. During the day they will assist their Project Worker in participating in the daily activity and towards their long term goals. Our carers need to be kind, patient, and willing to adapt their approach to the needs of our service users. Occasionally, our 1 to 1 carers are required to carry out social/shopping calls for clients with learning disabilities who live at our nearby Supported Living schemes. There will be during contracted hours and not at weekends.
- **Pay & Benefits**:_

*Pay is at £11.50 per hour, and £12.93 per hour if you carryout weekend work for other parts of the trust.

*If you are required to travel we pay at £0.45 per mile, and travel time is paid within contracted or overtime hours. Some other companies can take advantage in this area - we do not

*Enrolment is automatic for the People Pension scheme where the trust pays a contribution of 3%, the tax authorities pay 1%, and the employee pays 4% of the gross earnings.

*Annual leave starts at 22 days plus 8 bank holidays pro rata, rising to 25 days plus 8 bank holidays pro rata after three years of service.

*Life assurance is set to two times your contracted salary.

*The trust pays up to £500 for referring a friend who completes a six month probationary period and another £250 after a further six months.

*Car parking is free at all our sites.

*Uniform is provided free of charge.

*Free tea, coffee and milk.

*We pay for your DBS check.

Pay: £11.50-£12.93 per hour
