Here at Springfield Healthcare we are proud to offer quality care to those who need extra support, and we're looking to strengthen our care team in the Branksome area of Darlington.

As a Specialist Support worker, you''ll ensure the wellbeing of one customer during the day and support with any care needs including assisting with personal care and visiting the bathroom, and being on hand to provide emotional support and reassurance.

Previous Experience of supporting a individual with Cerebral palsy (CP) is recommended, but not required for the role.

The shift pattern is 9am-2pm or 4pm-10pm
