Vision Homes is a charity providing exceptional support for adults who are not only learning disabled but may also have additional disabilities such as autism, visual impairment, physical disabilities, or challenging behaviours.

We currently have Support Worker positions available at our residential care homes or Supported Living Services in and around Ludlow, Shropshire. - Full time and Part Time contracts available as well as Relief (Bank) work.

You will be joining a great friendly team, many of whom have been with us for over 20 years and who want to share their knowledge and experience with you

As one of our Support Workers, your day will be varied and rewarding. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that the people we care for receive the highest levels of care, assisting them with day-to-day living, as well as encouraging their independence sothat they can lead their best, and most fulfilling, lives.

No experience required, as our fantastic induction and training programme will fully equip you to fulfil this rewarding role.
