Robertson’s Fine Foods, have exciting opportunities for Food Operatives to join our manufacturing site in Irvine (KA11 5AN).

We are looking for 8 people to join out team to help support with our busy christmas period. Contracts will be for 3 months with potential to go permanent based on employees performance.

**Role Purpose**:
To produce products to the required specification ensuring quality standards are met. To promote good manufacturing practice throughout the factory and to ensure production targets are met.

**Production**

Support Team Leader/Supervisor in the delivery of the departmental production plan, ensuring all orders are completed on time and in full.

Support Team Leader/Supervisor in identification and elimination all forms of waste across the area.

**Health & Safety / HR**

Follow a “Safety First” culture across the department.

Support Team Leader/Supervisor in Hazard spotting programme.

**Technical & Food Safety**

Understand and comply with “Food Safety” culture across the department.

Ensure that all BRC and Customer requirements are always adhered to across the department.

Ensure that all Critical Controls Points (CCP’s) are adhered on a daily basis.

**General Tasks**

Act as a role model for the department, both in terms of professionalism and the adherence to company policies.

Any other reasonable tasks in relation to the role.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous factory experience preferred

**Hours**

6.45am - 4.00pm Monday - Thursday

6.45am - 2.45pm Friday

£10.42 per hour

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Full-time
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Irvine: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
