**Customer Service Advisor**

**Location**:City Centre, Edinburgh - Hybrid WFH Role

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

**Pay**: £11.28 per hour (£423 per week)

**Start Date**:ASAP

**Contract**: 3 months minimum with strong opportunity of permanent

Our client are recruiting for individuals with a passion for first class customer service to be the first point of contact for customers.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Working in close partnership with clients to maximise their customer experience and journey

**We'd really love for you to have**:

- Previous experience providing exceptional customer service, retail or face to face, or call centre
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Experience prioritising high impact work, but never neglecting the finer details
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working collaboratively as part of a team
- Prior experience with systems, in particular Microsoft Office
