Ambrosia is a thriving, friendly and very welcoming environment to work and we’re currently looking to recruit a Technical Auditor here in Lifton, Devon. Ambrosia is not your typical food business, in our 100+ years of manufacturing the nations favourites, we have evolved into a highly automated and technologically advanced site whilst still letting nature do the talking for our products. Our technical team is a critical part of ensuring our products continue to be produced at the highest quality and safety standards as they have always been.
We are looking for a permanent technical auditor working on a part-time basis, 24 hours per week, 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Wednesday.

**What you'll be doing**:
Carrying out a range of audits and reviews, supporting the team in identifying the root causes of any highlighted issues and developing preventative measures to any actions identified.
Working as part of a team supporting audits undertaken by external stakeholders
Following our processes from raw materials to finished products to trace and document our products through all stages of production and processing.
Maintaining the quality management system via scheduled reviews of internal systems, customer policies and standards.
Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all site and group teams as well as external service providers.
Supporting the development and maintenance of site integrity systems.

**The right person will**:
Want to develop and progress in their role
Be an excellent communicator with all levels in and outside of an organisation
Love working within a team but also comfortable to work and act independently
Be experienced in auditing, HACCP and related systems and processes, ideally in Food Manufacturing
Have excellent time management skills
