Customer Service Representative

We have an open position for a **Customer Service Representative** to join our team in Telford (England).
**Responsibilities**
- Providing information about products or services;
- Management of customer complaints;
- Processing of orders, returns and exchanges;
- Customer account management, including invoicing and payments;
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance;
- Collaborate with other departments to solve complex customer issues;
- Ensuring compliance with the deadlines established by the Group.
**Qualifications**
- Higher academic education in the area of Management or other relevant is a plus;
- Experience of operating in a customer-focused role;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Good English level (mandatory); Knowledge of other languages is a plus
- High organizational capacity and sense of responsibility;
- Orientation by objectives, results and Critical analysis;
- Proved experience with high volume escalations;
- Dealing and resolving complaint calls in an efficient and time sensitive manner;
- Conflict resolution and resilience to customer pushback;
- Ability to work as a team;
- Good computer skills in the user's perspective and in management software;

Pay: £15,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
