Macmillan Cancer Care Coordinator

Provide effective, caring and compassionate services to patients working within a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to deliver a high standard of care and support to patients with cancer. This will involve co-ordinating care through from referral to the end of treatment. This will require regular contact with patients suffering from cancer. You will be expected to support and signpost patients face to face and over the telephone and ensure effective progress along their care pathway in liaison with other colleagues and departments in the hospital.
