Joining our HR team as **Interim Payroll Co-ordinator,**you will play a key part in delivering a comprehensive administration support service to the overall Payroll process for all UK sites, the role will be responsible for the update and maintenance of monthly payroll, producing departmental reports and ad-hoc employee and regulatory payments. You will be the first point of contact for Payroll queries, employee communications as well as external customers.

Whilst no day within Piramal is the same, some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for all data input ensuring accurate changes are processed
- Review processes with a continuous improvement and efficiency mindset.
- Ensure all salaries are paid on time and accurately for all UK payrolls
- Support HRIS Manager with statutory and contractual obligations to the appropriate bodies, such as HMRC, Social Security and Pension
- Liaise with all external and internal customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Preparing and posting all financial transactions in to the SAP system.
- Implement promptly any changes as required by HM Revenue & Customs and Department of Working Pensions
- Produce, review and issue all relevant documentation including P11d’s and P60s for all employees with a taxable benefit on time in agreement with legislation
- Support Annual audits, identify opportunities and drive for resolutions
- Communicate important information to all colleagues including some complex and non-routine queries as well as routine communications i.e., time and attendance system adherence.
- Manage and maintain enrolment in Piramal Benefit Schemes, working alongside the team and external provisions to ensure accurate administration.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to showcase your expertise and experience of payroll processing, working in a commercial, fast-paced, customer focused environment. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with all colleagues and stakeholders across varying parts of the business.

As an individual, you will have a natural analytical mind, confident working with data to provide data analysis using both data analytical systems as well as Excel. You will have sound knowledge of legislation relevant to accounting and payroll with working knowledge of Payroll systems, ideally Oracle and ADP.
