**About the Planning Executive job**:
**What the Planning Executive will be doing**:

- Amendments of customer order data to a Data Protection format to help produce efficient production plans for Operations
- Prepare inputs for various tools/software's to support efficient production planning
- Produce outputs using planning tools that will be uploaded into production related systems
- Liaise with Senior Operations management and Agencies to produce forecasted and final labour requirement for any given week
- Liaise with Operational staff to collate feedback for future improvements
- Implementing improvements of planning tools by taking on product ownership and using initiative to improve and develop planning functionalities for the team and wider business
- Liaise with other stakeholders and senior leadership on a regular basis for continuous information exchange
- To solve planning related problems effectively under pressure and escalate appropriately in a timely manner

**Who the Planning Executive is**:

- Fast learner
- Able to process large amount of data set
- Agile thinker/ability to adopt to change
- Experience using excel
- Desirable to work with WMS systems before (warehouse management systems)
- Being able to complete task on pre-set criteria and do basic problem solving outside of it
- Team mentality/collaborative approach
- Can work under pressure
- Willing to learn

**Recruitment process**:First, you will have a phone interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. Should you be successful, you will be asked to complete a technical test and, depending to the result, you will be invited for an competency interview.
