**WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE/ FLT Driver**

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our Normanton Site.

**SHIFT**

This will be a 3 shift rotation of 40 hours per week (days & afternoons)

**DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To participate fully as a member of the Warehouse team, ensuring that all Warehouse and Distribution requirements are met.
- To ensure that all activities are conducted in a manner which satisfies all internal company procedures and standards, including H&S and Food Safety.
- To ensure all products are received and distributed in line with company standards without exception.
- To organise and undertake the safe loading and unloading of vehicles in a timely manner.
- At all times ensure the highest level of Health & Safety and Food Safety standards are maintained.
- To maintain accurate stocks of raw materials and finished goods, including actively participating in physical inventory & stock checks.
- To ensure that all products are stored correctly in the warehouse following the WM system.
- To fully utilise the SAP system to ensure that all stock movements are recorded in accordance with company procedure.

**ESSENTIAL WORK EXPERINCE & COMPETENCIES**
- Relevant forklift truck licence.
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Adaptable and flexible approach - ability to provide cover when necessary.
- Good interpersonal skills - polite, pleasant and cooperative, with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships.
- A logical and systematic approach to problem solving.
- Effective planning, organisational and time management skills.
- A good standard of literacy and numeracy.
- Relevant experience in a Warehouse environment.
