**As an E-Commerce & Technical Support Specialist/IT Support/ IT Support Officer you will**:

- Be a Viva “ambassador”: act as 2nd level point of contact for any technical issues of our customers.
- Be the escalation point for our 1st level Technical Support.
- Offer the most suitable solution to customers’ issues and become their trusted partner.
- Diagnose and resolve problems using documented procedures and checklist.
- Be challenged to achieve predefined qualitative and quantitative targets.

**Requirements**:
For this position you can be either:

- Experience in E-Commerce & Technical Support Specialist/IT Support/ IT Support Officer.
- Recently completed IT Training School/IT Studies with a keen interest in E-Commerce technology.

Ideally you will have:

- 1-year minimum experience as a 2nd level Technical Support Agent/ IT support, preferably in the Banking/ IT/ Telecommunications industry.
- Working knowledge of API, API Calls, Shopify, Woo-Commerce, E-Commerce platforms/modules/plug-ins.
- Extra confidence with technology and familiar with CRM systems, software, and hardware.
- Passionate about serving customers, act with ownership and maintains high level of professionalism.
- Creativity and a strong desire to solve IT problems.

**Desirable**
- The ability to communicate in additional EU language such as French, Dutch, Greek at C1, C2 level or above would be considered a plus.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
