Camberley, United Kingdom Alfa Laval Full time

Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact - on our colleagues, partners, customers, and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water, and shipping. As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.

About the job

HR at Alfa Laval is a well-integrated part of the organization, and you as a TA Partner will have both operational and strategic tasks within Talent Acquisition. With a new strategy for Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in our new Talent Acquisition strategy. We're moving away from a passive 'post-and-pray' model to a proactive, direct sourcing approach. You'll partner closely with the business to strategically headhunt top-quality talent and report to our Talent Acquisition Manager of Europe, based in Søborg, Denmark. While your primary focus will be all sites in UK and Ireland, you will also act as a rubber band for the rest of Europe.

To succeed in this position, you:

- Possess seniority in full cycle recruiting, ideally in a global and complex environment.
- Have well versed stakeholder management experience.
- Conduct market research to understand hiring trends, talent insights and labor market conditions and provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other relevant stakeholders
- Leverage data to track key hiring metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to improve and ensure process efficiency. Assist in identifying trends and areas for improvement by leveraging recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Are data driven with the ability to use data in support of making informed hiring decisions.
- Ideally possess Employer Branding experience.
- Are a strong communicator with excellent English skills both oral and written.

What you know

You have covered all the aspects of HR, are a trained negotiator and clear communicator. You have good results from driving Talent Acquisition in an international and complex environment, preferably from having worked proactively with this as well as employer branding. You keep a strategic overview and find creative solutions to short, mid
- and long-term challenges as well as to take a hands-on approach in the recruitment processes. You manage to be accepted and respected at all levels in the organization.

Who you are

What’s in it for you?

Besides being part of this exciting journey to really help drive this change in the way of working as well as the mindset, we also offer a challenging position in an open and friendly environment where we help each other to develop and create value. Your work will have a true impact on Alfa Laval’s future success.

If you like the sound of this we would love to hear from you.
