**Accounts Administrator**

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts / Finance Administrator for a unique and exciting Leeds City Centre based employer. In this role you will be working alongside the Finance Assistant and Finance Manager to assist with any administrative tasks.You can WFH up to 3 days a week and this is either full time or 30 hours a week

Your Responsibilities - Assisting with general Finance Admin duties.
- Answering calls/taking messages.
- Creating spreadsheets and reports.
- Processing employee's expenses.
- Sales invoicing.
- Monthly reconciliation and processing the company credit card expenses.
- Purchased order and supplier invoice processing.
- Have 5 GCSE'S
- The ability to work well within a team as well as independently.
- Experience using Sage 50 accounts is ideal and not essential.
- The desire to gain new knowledge.
- Key attention to detail.
- Knowledge of accounting and book keeping procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to use all MS packages.
