Day to Day:

- To provide personal care, meals, assistance with medication, toileting/bathing needs.
- Monitor the well being and health of customers
- Reduce isolation and build professional caring relationships
- Work with a well developed and competent workforce
- Maintain customer records within the home
- Follow agreed ways of working within customer Care Plan

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.60-£14.50 per hour

Additional pay:

Licence/Certification:

- FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE (required)
