We have an exciting new opportunity for a Vehicle Damage and Insurance Administrator to join our team at U-Drive

Reporting to the Accident Risk Management and Fleet Coordinator, you will be working 40 hours per week, Monday
- Friday. You will be responsible for dealing with accident and driver misuse claims, ensuring that the relevant information is obtained from our client and branch to ensure repair costs are recovered.

**About the Role**
- Setting up new claims when first notifications are received, ensuring all relevant information is obtained to successfully submit a claim
- Chasing client’s and branches daily for documentation needed to move claims onto recovery
- Monitoring claims daily and working them effectively, to minimise the time vehicles spend off the road
- Escalating cases to management that have not followed our set process or that are falling outside of the standard repair or claim duration
- Chasing clients for proof of insurance on both new and existing hires to mitigate risk to the business
- Liaising with both the Fleet Team and branches to streamline the repair and re-hiring of damaged vehicles
- Dealing with internal queries regarding risk and insurance guidelines
- Updating the Motor Insurance Database to ensure U-Drive vehicles display the correct insurance

**About you**
- Ability to demonstrate business awareness
- Excellent IT skills including the use of MS Office
- Demonstrate strong administrative and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and organised
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
