Two exciting opportunities to sell the World's leading hot tubs and Endless Pools in **Sevenoaks** and **Norwich**

Basic salary with generous **uncapped commissions - £50k OTE**

As an **experienced Sales Consultant** you will assist in all aspects of the day to day running of the showroom. Using your sales expertise, you will be engaging and deliver an exceptional client experience to provide outstanding customer serviceand maximise sales revenue to new and existing customers.

**Sales Duties**

With the product knowledge and technical training given, you will negotiate the best prices with customers to sell hot tubs, pools, water care and accessories using the company pricing matrix, meeting targets as set by the UK Retail Sales Manager.

You will also be comfortable following up sales enquiries and sales leads to maintain our excellent customer service, as you continue to build rapport and provide aftercare.

You’ll be required to maintain and submit monthly stock inventory counts to Head Office.

**Marketing**

You’ll have the opportunity to host promotional activities, this includes using social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and Salesforce both in the showroom and using virtual presentations.

Get involved and implement market research and local events. Be responsible for the POS display.

**General**

Ensure display spas are maintained to a high standard, performing regular water chemistry checks in accordance with legislation and maintaining accurate records of results.

You will be expected to always maintain a high level of cleanliness and tidiness in the showroom, adhering to the showroom guidelines as well as the Company health and safety policy.

Attend training courses when required.

**Requirements**:
Current driving licence and car are essential to carry out site surveys and home visits as and when required using own vehicle. (At least 30 days a year travel)

**Experience and Skills**
- Proven track record of achievement in a wholesale or retail sales.
- Salesforce
- Results/goals orientated.
- Manage leads and conversion targets.
- Clear positive communicator with good negotiation skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Self-motivated and organised.
- Smart professional appearance.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Able to demonstrate confidence in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.
- Be able to liaise professionally on all levels - customers/management/groups

**Basic Salary £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year - (£50k OTE)**

**COVID-19 considerations**: Customers encouraged to wear masks and keep a 1m distance. Sanitising stations available. Operating a by appointment only system temporarily.
